Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the DraperyFlow websites at https://draperyflow.com and app.draperyflow.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a studio or workroom, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2. The Service
DraperyFlow is cloud software for professional textile workrooms and interior designers: customer and project records, yardage calculators, work orders, invoices and quotes, inventory and receiving, calendar and board, a client portal, and related documents. The Service is a tool. Yardage results, cut lengths, and hardware counts are estimates based on the data you enter and the logic in the product. You remain responsible for verifying measurements, fabric, COM, repeats, and workroom standards before you order, cut, or install.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt others, or use the Service to store unlawful content. You are responsible for the client names, measurements, photos, and other data you upload.
4. Trial
New accounts may use a 14-day trial of the full Studio plan. No payment method is required to start the trial. When the trial ends, you may subscribe to Starter or Studio or stop using the Service. Features that are Studio-only (including team, inventory, receiving, calendar, board, client portal, and studio finance) are not part of Starter after the trial.
5. Plans, billing, and Custom
Published prices for Starter and Studio are monthly rates. Annual billing charges the annual rate once per year (a lower equivalent monthly rate than month-to-month). Self-serve Starter and Studio subscriptions are processed by Paddle, which acts as payment processor / merchant of record for those purchases. Extra Studio seats are billed as described on the pricing page. Custom plans are not self-serve, are not checked out on draperyflow.com, and are governed by a written quote or agreement. Taxes, if any, may be collected by Paddle or as required by law.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel a self-serve subscription in the application. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the paid period then in effect, unless we terminate the account for breach. See the Refund policy for how refunds are handled.
7. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service, including software, design, and documentation. You retain rights in the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service for you.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that calculations, uptime, or documents will be error-free or that the Service will meet every workroom’s standards. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, fabric, jobs, or data, arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Governing law and venue are not specified in this draft and will be confirmed with counsel.
