1. Who this covers
This notice describes how DraperyFlow handles personal data when you visit https://draperyflow.com or use the application at app.draperyflow.com. It is a working draft for counsel and may be updated as our subprocessors and hosting details are confirmed.
2. Data we collect
Account: name, email, studio or workroom details, and authentication data. Projects: client and job information you enter, measurements, specifications, notes, and photos or files you upload. Billing: for self-serve Starter and Studio, payment details are collected by Paddle; we receive subscription status and related billing metadata, not your full card number. Support: messages you send to support@draperyflow.com or through the contact form. Website: device and log data reasonably needed to operate the site.
3. How we use it
We use this data to provide the Service (including PDFs and the client portal), authenticate you, bill subscriptions, provide support, secure the product, and understand how the marketing site is used. We do not sell your client lists or project photos.
4. Processors
Paddle processes self-serve payments. Hosting and related infrastructure providers store application data on our behalf. The marketing site currently uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-GYLFDLGK99) and Contentsquare for product analytics. Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree. These parties act as processors or independent controllers as applicable under their terms.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are required to run the site and the app (for example, session and security cookies). Analytics cookies may be used on the marketing site as described above. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking some cookies may affect sign-in or site features.
6. Retention and security
We keep account and project data while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for backups, disputes, or legal requirements. We use standard industry measures (including HTTPS in transit). No method of storage is perfectly secure.
7. Your choices
You may update account information in the app, cancel a subscription, or request deletion of an account by emailing support@draperyflow.com. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law. This draft does not name a specific supervising authority or company jurisdiction; those details will be added with counsel.
8. Children
The Service is for professional workrooms and design studios. It is not directed to children.
